Shipment

You order will be shipped out within 2 and 7 days business days after we confirm the receipt of the total amount.

Please note that your order will be cancelled if we do not receive the total amount within 7 days after we send the invoice.

Your order may take 5 days to 2 weeks to arrive, depending on your location. Tracking number are optional. If you ask for a tracking number, we will contact you by e-mail. You will then be able to track your package here: http://www.track-trace.com/post

Entering your address incorrectly could delay or prevent delivery of your order.
If your order is refused or returned to us, we may retain the original shipping fee and charge extra shipping fees.

Returns

If you have not received your shipment within the estimated time frame, feel free to contact us.

In case of any problem, you have 7 days to contact us and 30 days to return the object, from the date it was received. Shipping cost for any return of merchandise is the responsibility of the buyer.

In case of a returned item, it must be returned in the original packaging.
