Shipments and returns

Payment

We accept payment through:

  • Credit Card
  • Paypal
  • Bank transfer (in yen in Japan and in euro in France)
  • Cheque (only available for French resident people)

Items will be shipped when payments are made in full.
Please contact us if you have any questions regarding payment.

Shipment

You order will be shipped out within 2 and 7 days business days after we confirm the receipt of the total amount.

Please note that your order will be cancelled if we do not receive the total amount within 7 days after we send the invoice.
Your order may take 5 days to 2 weeks to arrive, depending on your location.

  • If your order includes folders and choose SAL or EMS, you will receive a tracking number of the shipment
  • If your order doesn't include folders but wish to get a tracking number, add the "tracking number option" to your order

Entering your address incorrectly could delay or prevent delivery of your order.
If your order is refused or returned to us, we may retain the original shipping fee and charge extra shipping fees.
Please check your address before order.


Returns

If you have not received your shipment within the estimated time frame, feel free to contact us.

In case of any problem, you have 7 days to contact us and 30 days to return the object, from the date it was received. Shipping cost for any return of merchandise is the responsibility of the buyer.

In case of a returned item, it must be returned in the original packaging.

Please Note

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
These additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
For detailed information please contact your local customs office for current charges before you order.

As we are in Japan, acknowledge that there is a time difference.
We may not be able to answer your mail immediately, but we will deal with your order as soon as possible.
