This is a "Postal Motif Card", a postcard that represents a season or a special event in Japan.

The postcard measures 9 cm x 17 cm (3.54 inches x 6.7 inches), but note that they’re not perfect rectangles, but round instead.
All the postcards are blank, waiting to receive your personalized written message. They’re all protected by an individual plastic sachet.

All the postcards are "Made in Japan".
